PRIVACY POLICY
INFORMATION pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”). In compliance with the Code and the GDPR, MARE GIOIOSO SRL DI SEBASTIANO, as best identified later, as “Data Controller” of the processing, provides you with some information about the use of any personal data provided by users who consult and/or interact with the site.
Purpose of the data processing
The user is free to provide his personal data for sending his curriculum vitae, to request the sending of informative material or other communications. The processing of personal data may only be carried out to respond to requests received, pursuant to art. 6.1, lett. b) of the GDPR. The provision of such data is optional, but failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is required.
Type of data processed
In order to respond to requests received through the website, we will process the contact data entered in the appropriate form by the interested party. Your identifying data collected at the time of registration on the Site will also be processed.
Methods of data processing
The processing of personal data takes place through manual, computer and telematic tools and in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. Prevention and protection systems are used, constantly updated and verified in terms of reliability.
Categories of subjects to whom data may be disclosed
For the pursuit of the above purposes, MARE GIOIOSO SRL DI SEBASTIANO needs to communicate personal data to its “employees” and to external “managers”. The complete list of Managers is available at the Data Controller’s office.
It is specified, in particular, that such data will not be disseminated and will be processed by subjects duly entrusted with the performance of these tasks, constantly identified and/or appointed, properly instructed and made aware of the constraints imposed by law, and through the use of security measures to ensure the protection of your privacy and to avoid the risks of loss or destruction, unauthorized access, processing not allowed or not in accordance with the above purposes.
Duration of processing and storage of personal data
Your personal data will be processed:
- concerning personal, contact and payment data: for the period of time necessary to fulfil the contract of sale of the product/service and for the period of time required by applicable law (in particular, ten years for the duration of the storage of contractual and fiscal documentation) as well as until the exhaustion of the contractual obligations between the Holders.
- for a period of 12 (twelve months) in respect of those related to browsing behaviour on the Site and on other websites, your consumption habits, the geographical area and the device connecting the site, the IP address; b) for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months those necessary for carrying out marketing activities. In both cases, the data subject’s right to object to the processing at any time, by revoking the consent given.
Please note that the data is not used for the purpose of adopting automated decision-making processes.

Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 and ss. of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain:

- a copy of your personal data;
- the deletion of your personal data;
- limitation of the processing of your personal data;
- in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data that you have provided us or that you yourself have created – excluding the judgments created by the Data Controller and/or by the persons in charge pursuant to art. 4 of the Privacy Code/ by persons authorised to process data in the name and on behalf of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 4 of the GDPR – and to transmit them, directly or through the Data Controller, to another data controller;
The indication:
- the origin of personal data;
- the categories of personal data processed;
- the purposes and methods of processing;
- the logic applied in the case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic tools;
- the identification details of the Data Controller and any responsible persons;
- the retention period of your personal data or the criteria for determining that period;
- subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as a designated representative in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or persons appointed pursuant to art. 4 of the Privacy Code/ persons authorised to process data in the name and on behalf of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 4 of the GDPR;
- updating, correcting or, where appropriate, integrating the data;
- the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- proof that the operations referred to in a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such performance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
You also have the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
- the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
